Q: When will I receive my commission?
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 14 days.
This means that the person you refer (the customer who buys the laptop via your link) must not cancel, return, or request a refund within 14 days of their purchase.
Only after this 15-day period will the affiliate (you) be eligible to receive your commission.
Q: How the commission been calculated?
We use a flat rate commission per product sold. This means you’ll earn RM100 for each eligible product purchased through your referral link.
For example, if a customer buys 2 laptops in a single order, you’ll receive RM200 in commission.
